PepMate Refund Policy Last updated: June 28, 2026 This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and subscription access work for PepMate. 1. Operator PepMate is operated by PROTASYS EOOD, Suha Reka Region, 1505 Sofia, Bulgaria. 2. App Store Billing PepMate subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store using Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple handles App Store billing, payment processing, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests. Because purchases are processed by Apple, PepMate cannot directly approve, deny, issue, or calculate refunds for App Store purchases. 3. Refund Requests If you would like to request a refund for a PepMate subscription charge, you must submit the request to Apple at: https://reportaproblem.apple.com Sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase, choose "Request a refund," select the PepMate charge, choose a reason, and submit the request. Apple reviews refund requests and determines eligibility under Apple's App Store policies and any applicable consumer protection laws in your country or region. Refund approval is not guaranteed. 4. Mandatory Consumer Rights Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region, including, where applicable, rights under EU/EEA consumer protection laws. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy. 5. Cancellations Canceling a PepMate subscription stops future renewals. Canceling does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings: https://support.apple.com/billing 6. Account Deletion Does Not Cancel Subscriptions Deleting your PepMate account, affiliate profile, or local app data does not cancel your App Store subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To stop future charges, you must cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. If you delete your PepMate account while participating in the affiliate program, your affiliate profile will be closed and your affiliate code will be deleted so it can no longer be used for new referrals. Unpaid, pending, approved, or queued affiliate rewards may be canceled or forfeited according to the Affiliate Program Terms. Records needed for payment history, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, refund handling, chargebacks, dispute resolution, and legal compliance may be retained as permitted or required by law. Affiliate codes also require an active PepMate subscription. If your subscription expires and is not renewed, your affiliate code will be disabled 5 days after the subscription grace period ends. If you still have not renewed, your affiliate code will be deleted 10 days after the subscription grace period ends. 7. Free Trials Some PepMate plans may include a free trial. Trial availability, length, pricing, and renewal terms are shown before purchase in the App Store purchase sheet. To avoid being charged after a free trial, you must cancel before the trial ends. If a charge has already been processed, any refund request must be submitted to Apple. 8. Monthly Plan The Monthly Plan renews each month unless canceled before the next renewal date. PepMate does not provide direct refunds or prorated refunds for unused days of a monthly billing period. If you purchased the Monthly Plan and want a refund, you must request it from Apple. 9. Quarterly Plan The Quarterly Plan renews every three months unless canceled before the next renewal date. PepMate does not provide direct refunds or prorated refunds for unused time in a quarterly billing period. If you purchased or renewed the Quarterly Plan and want a refund, you must request it from Apple. 10. Yearly Plan The Yearly Plan renews once per year unless canceled before the next renewal date. PepMate does not provide direct refunds or prorated refunds for unused months of a yearly billing period. If you purchased or renewed the Yearly Plan and later want a refund, including after using PepMate for part of the year, you must request it from Apple. Apple determines whether a yearly subscription charge is eligible for a full refund, partial refund, or no refund. 11. Premium Access After Refunds If Apple approves a refund, PepMate may receive updated subscription status information through Apple and RevenueCat. If the refunded purchase no longer provides an active subscription entitlement, PepMate Premium access may end. If you believe your Premium access is incorrect after a refund, cancellation, renewal, or restore attempt, contact us and we will help check your subscription status. 12. Failed Access Or Restore Issues If you were charged but cannot access Premium features, please contact us before requesting a refund. We can help troubleshoot restore issues, subscription status problems, or Apple Account mismatches. 13.
